Previously on Unworthy Meat, in the Caves of Chaos we heard the howls, yips, and cries of the gnolls as the guards summoned all of their allies to charge us. We held our ground at the entrance and Ugg hoisted Brynn up so she could pound an iron spike into the bricks above, and we were able to collapse the ceiling on them, but Brynn was hurt, and Ugg was buried under the falling rubble. We captured the den mother and took her out of the caves. Cadence scouted and got lost and stumbled upon the cleric Cyrica Wozlany, who wanted to join us and had proof of their allegiance by showing us the heads of bugbears they had slain. They were drawn to the cries of the gnoll den mother who had been calling for her kin. They joined our camp!
