Part escape room, part scavenger hunt, part Pokemon Go, the CluedUp CSI game was a crime investigation that we (the investigators solved) on our phones by figuring out puzzles and walking around Oakland to unlock new part of the story.
It was… a thing? I mean, we walk around a lot, and at first the puzzles were fun, but they got pretty samey by the end. The great thing was that I met some folks folks Connie, Chiara, and Aaron, who we played a few more games with after. So, yay for new friends!
