Tears & Kisses In The Rain: A Cyberpunk Fable is a PbtA game about playing cyberpunks in a dystopian City controlled by the Man. It’s about struggling against the Man and his system of inequality while fighting for the things that matter and make you feel human like love and rock n roll. At least before you can’t take it anymore and decide to try to leave the City.
