Out captain was ordered to sever the warp gates allowing an invading force to reach our sector, but waited so that a defector could make it through the rift before blowing the gate. Because the timing was off, the hyper lane was untethered and now our merciless foe now threatens to crash the hyper lanes through known space and destroy our civilization. We must stop them once again!
